Tenant and Corporate Renting Process

At Corporate Homes, we are focused on making that search for your dream home as easy as possible. With us the process of finding that dream property takes no more than 5 easy steps.  Before you know it you will have the keys to your new home, sitting on your sofa watching your favourite TV program or inviting friends and loved ones to spend quality-time with them.

1. Find your dream home.

Have a look through our property listing on our website or call our office on 0207 935 6400 to discuss your requirements and get a personalised property listing. Even if you are not sure of what area you would like to live in, it's still worth calling us since we would be able to give you some free advice including local knowledge on areas we cover.

2. View your dream home

Once you have identified your dream home, book an appointment to view your chosen property with one of our experienced negotiators. We can accommodate late viewings as well as weekend viewings to suit your timetable.  

3. Fill in an application form

Now that you have chosen your dream home, all you have to do is fill in a tenancy application form, providing us with some details about you, your references and pay a little holding-fee to secure the property. The holding-fee will ensure that the property is reserved solely for you until we have completed your reference checks based on the information you provide and informed the landlord of your interest in the property. This will ensure the property is reserved for you and will not be given to anyone else while your reference is being conducted.

4. Tenancy Agreement and Inventory

Once references have been completed and the landlord has approved, your tenancy agreement and inventory will be prepared for both you and the landlord to sign. Once completed we would also request payment for the invoice would have sent to you. Your security deposit will be held by third party as part of the TDPS (where this is applicable.)

5. Move in to your dream home
