Do you know a property landlord with a rental property in central London or maybe a friend that owns their own home in central London and is considering renting out their property? Introduce them to us and we would pay you £100 once they book a Free Market Appraisal, sign up with us and we fill their property with a fully referenced tenant.
Introducing a friend or landlord is very easy.
1. Decide you want to earn £50 for referring a tenant or earn £100 for referring a landlord
2. Send us your friend or landlords contact details, so that we can invite them to use our services.
3. Confirm your contact details
We would contact your referred friend or landlord telling them you have recommended them to benefit from our property letting and management services and invite them to use our tenat or landlord property lettings service. Once we have found a rental accommodation for your friend (tenant) and they sign up or we fill your referred landlord's rental property with a qualified tenant, we'll arrange to send out your relevant thank you gift to you.
Frequently asked questions
How many friends (tenants) can I introduce to Corporate Homes?
There is no limit to the number of tenants you can refer to us. Once your referred friend takes up a tenancy through us, pays their initial tenancy fee's due and moves in. We would pay you £50 for each new tenancy, its that simple.
How many Landlords can I introduce to Corporate Homes?
There is no limit to the number of landlords you can refer to us. Once your referred landlord signs up with us and we tenant their rental property with a qualified tenant, we would pay you £100 for every new landlord introduced once we fill their rental property with a qualified tenant.
Are the thank you gifts per referral?
Yes, for each tenant referred we would pay you a one of fee of £50 per tenancy and one of payment of £100 for each new landlord once we fill their rental property with a qualified tenant.
