At Corporate Homes lettings Agency, we know how important it is to keep our clients satisfied by providing a first class lettings and property management service.
As such, a large proportion of our business comes from client referrals. To reward this, we run a popular referral scheme that can earn you £100.00 per referral or, if you are an existing client, a reduction on your management fee paid to us.
You simply pass on to us the details and contact information of your friend or acquaintance who could benefit from our letting agency services. This could be a landlord currently renting out their property, or it could be a property owner who is struggling to sell and could benefit from learning how lettings could help their situation.
After you refer a person to us, if that person instructs us to let their property and we achieve a successful let, we will offer you a special thank you!
What You Will Receive...
When you refer a landlord to us and it leads to a successful let, you can choose to receive either a one-off payment of £100.00 per successful referral OR a 1% reduction on your full management fee / 0.5% on let or let and collection services. This reduction on your management fee will apply separately for every landlord you refer to us - so the more people you refer who let their property successfully with us, the more savings you can make, and the better your rental yield becomes!
The reduction on your fees will start the month after a tenant moves into the property of the referred landlord. The reduction will last for 6 months or until the end of the current years management period of your property (whichever is longer).
If you choose the one-off £100.00 payment, there is likewise no limit to the referrals you can make and the commissions you can earn, where the refereed landlords property is successfully let by us.
What You Need To Do...
In order to participate fully in the Corporate Homes lettings Agency referral scheme, please call us on 0207 935 6400 or send us an e-mail at info@corporatehomes.co.uk to register for your unique source code and a free pack of promotional materials. These include A5 flyers, business cards and Landlord Brochures for you to use in passing information to people who might be interested in taking advantage of our services.
Your Unique Source Code
For the purposes of the Corporate Homes lettings Agency referral scheme, after you register for the free pack of materials you will be given a unique source code that applies to all referrals that you make. Once you receive this code, please keep it safe and refer to it in the event of any later queries either by telephone or by e-mail. We provide the code to track the enquiries we receive and ensure that you do not miss out on any referral commissions owed to you.
