How We Work

At Corporate Homes, we are focused on making that search for your dream home as easy as posiible. With us the process of finding that dream property has been simplified into a few easy step and before you know it, you will have the keys to your new home, sitting on your sofa watching your favorite TV program.

So lets get started.

1.    Have a look through our property listing on the site or call our office on 0207 935 6400 to discuss your    requirements and get a personalised property listing.

2.   Book an appointment to view your choosen apartment with one of our experienced negotiators. We can accommodate late viewings as well as weekend viewings to suit your timetable.  

3.   Now that you have choosen your dream home and you have provided us with details of your references. Reference checks and the landlord informed of your interest. You can download the application form and email back to us if you don't have the time to complete the application form (application form)

4.   Once references and the landlord has approved, tenancy agreeements will be prepared for both you and the landlord to sign.

5.   Rent for the first month will need to be paid along with the security deposit which will be refunded to you when you leave. Your security deposit will be held by third party as part of the TDPS (where this is applicable.)

6.   Collect your keys and welcome pack and settle into your.
