When my husband left and didn't have enough to pay my rent each month, Alison not only helped out with reducing the rent for upto 6 months she even stepped in as my regular baby sitter! She deserves to be win this award because she truly has a heart of gold!"

"Mr Mandani, is an unusual commercial landlord who does actually care about his tenants. He responds to issues within 24 hours. issue are very rarely longer than 48 hours."

"Kofi is without question the best landlord I have ever had. I never have to report any issues more than once; he’s always very fast when it comes to resolving issues within the flat.He’s also very understanding of my personal situation, last year following the death of a family member abroad, I found myself in serious financial difficulty. Kofi was very patient with me and allowed me to pay my rent late until I got back on my feet again, I will never forget this.Not to mention the occasion when the fridge packed in and due to deliver times the new one was a week away, Kofi kindly installed a portable one so that I could at least store my baby’s milk. This was done the day I reported the break down.I’m truly fortunate to have such a wonderful landlord; he deserves this prize, no question."

"Because we had a rough season over winter where our finances weren't quite in place therefore we were unable to pay our rent on time, and on many occasions could only pay part of the rent. This lasted for several months but Mr Robinson was very patient and gracious to us during this period, giving us time and space to get back on our feet. We totally appreciated this and it helped to make that time easier to go through. For this reason I truly believe he's a great landlord and deserve an award of some sort so I'd be very happy if he won this prize. Thank you"

"My landlord is by far the best. He is very considerate, always on hand with help and advice. He looks after my every need with the regard to the property and I can call on him night or day and he is there! No problem is too great that he won't/can't solve, he is my superhero. He runs 2 businesses and is never unhappy! I think he deserves to be recognised!"
